SLA awards tenders for Dempsey Road properties to Power Moves and Florte Design
Curio Home Accents submitted the highest price bid of $40,000 pm. Other bidders include Lotusonwater Feng Shui ($21,700 pm), Maywell Lifestyles ($13,244 pm), V-Zug Singapore ($12,500 pm), Elliott’s Antiques ($12,000 pm), Estudio Technologies ($10,800 pm) and Petizen ($5,000 pm).
The tenders for both spots closed on May 29 and were assessed based on price and premium facets.
SLA awarded a separate tender for 13 Dempsey Road (# 01-01, # 01-02 and # 01-06) to Florte Design. The firm manages domestic flower studio The Florté. It defeated seven various other tender proposals for the property, that is accepted for artistic way of living usages.
