GuocoLand’s Martin Modern cliches Silver at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award
Martin Modern, a luxury condo by mainboard-listed property builder GuocoLand, was named World Silver Winner in the Residential (High Rise) Category at this year’s FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award.
It was assigned Top Development, Residential (Completed) at the sixth EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2022; High-class Residential Development of the Year, Singapore, at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2021; and Finest Residential Development Singapore at the International Property Grants 2020.
The venture has already taken a number of other top property and layout awards.
“Martin Modern is a very special project to GuocoLand, as it noted the beginning of a new chapter in our design journey whereby we redefine modern luxury for today’s buyers,” says Dora Chng, non commercial executive at GuocoLand.
It is GuocoLand’s 5th award at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Grant. It previously won honors for Guoco Tower in 2022, 2021, and 2020 and Leedon Property in 2018.
Martin Modern was made by ipli Architects and ADDP Architects. The plan’s design was attributed for its lush botanical garden surroundings, matched by a tough aesthetic motivated at the neighbouring riverside oasis. At Martin Modern, 80% of the property is devoted to landscape design and amenities, and GuocoLand’s other trademark style features, such as a grand yard and bountiful spaces for leisure and amusement, are feature.
The venture additionally gained four significant honors at the Second EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Grant in 2018 in the unfinished properties category, consisting of Top Development Excellence, Design Excellence, Landscape Excellence and Innovation Excellence.
The International Real Estate Federation, recognising the value of architectural brilliance, sustainability, community activity, and ethical industry methods, has granted GuocoLand for its dedication to these values in the property development of Martin Modern.
