Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang

The Pasir Panjang Road real estate extends 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Formerly the area of the Pasir Panjang Inn lodging, the group acquired the building uninhabited.

Chong Ching Yeng, primary commercial official of Coliwoo, states that the brand is excited to broaden its co-living profile inside the city fringe following the opening of Coliwoo Hotel Gay World. “Noting the demand among students and working professionals for lasting yet adaptable stays, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang boasts ease and convenience without compromising on quality, especially through its prime place in the heart of Pasir Panjang.”

Coliwoo prepares to open up extra co-living properties in various areas next year, including River Valley Roadway, Rangoon Road, Balestier Roadway, Lavender Avenue and Arab Avenue.

Coliwoo has launched its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang, a four-storey establishment at 404 Pasir Panjang Road. The brand, a co-living subsidiary within the property administration services team LHN Group, revealed in its statement last September that it had actually acquired the Pasir Panjang property for $30 million.

The new property is lower than 500m from the National University of Singapore and roughly 1km from Curtin University. Positioned for accessibility, it is a short travel from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD via Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Freeway, and Keppel Viaduct. The location even uses nearness to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.

The rooms on the Pasir Panjang property are created with nautical motifs, incorporating light grey colors and dynamic aquatic blue colors to mirror the seaside associations of the location. All spaces are self-contained studio units with support services, including a self-service mobile app, an onsite assistant and housekeeping.
